Apartment Lucia #3 **** for 2+2 adults; is a modern 55 m2 four-star (****) apartment located on the second floor; It has two balconies with a table and chairs and a beautiful view of the sea.
All our apartments have a beautiful sea view, our guests can also relax and sunbathe on the large 60 m2 terrace with deck chairs and a jacuzzi.
Please note: The jacuzzi is only for adults over 16 years old. "Due to weather conditions, the jacuzzi is closed from January 1st to March 15th."
All apartments are air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter.

Payment Terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 50% from the total reservation price will be charged 10 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- The guest can cancel for free 60 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
